The Role
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own management reporting, KPI dashboards, and forward-looking analysis for the leadership team of a high-growth US company, working remotely from Colombia.
You will turn recurring reporting into a decision system: fewer manual spreadsheets, clearer narratives, and data that leadership trusts.
What You'll Own
- Reporting packages. Build and maintain executive, board, and investor reporting packages.
- KPI dashboards. Develop dashboards that connect operating metrics with financial outcomes.
- Commentary. Produce variance analysis and forward-looking commentary for monthly business reviews.
- Data quality. Work with data, accounting, and functional teams to fix source data issues at the source.
- Automation. Automate recurring reporting and reduce manual spreadsheet work, including with AI tools.
- Insight. Translate trends into concise actions, risks, and opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, business intelligence, or management reporting
- Experience building reporting for executives, boards, or investors
- Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Strong written and spoken English for daily work with US teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Preferred
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
- Experience using AI tools in finance workflows, with the judgment to review and correct AI-generated output
- SaaS metrics experience (ARR/MRR, retention, churn, CAC)
- CFA, CA, CPA, CIMA, or an MBA in Finance

Work Arrangement
This is a fully remote role with a single client company for the duration of the engagement. Full-time roles require a minimum of 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time (ET); part-time roles require a minimum of 2 hours.
