The Role
We are seeking an FP&A Manager to lead planning and commercial analysis for a high-growth US SaaS company, working remotely from Peru.
This is not a reporting-only FP&A role. You will own the planning cycle from budget build to monthly variance reporting, and be the finance partner that revenue, product, and operations leaders call before they make a decision.
What You'll Own
Planning and Modeling
- Planning cycle. Lead the annual budget and quarterly reforecast across departments.
- SaaS model. Build and maintain financial models covering ARR, MRR, churn, and unit economics.
- Scenarios. Build scenarios for pricing, hiring, expansion, and investment decisions.
Commercial Partnership and Reporting
- Business partnering. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations leaders on targets and resource allocation.
- SaaS metrics. Analyze CAC, LTV, gross margin, net revenue retention, and cohort performance.
- Variance and KPIs. Own monthly variance analysis, KPI narratives, and executive-ready reporting.
- Board and investors. Support board reporting, investor updates, and fundraising data requests.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of FP&A experience, including at least 2 of your most recent years in a core FP&A role
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and recurring revenue dynamics
- Track record of leading planning cycles and influencing senior non-finance stakeholders
- Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- Comfort presenting to executives and defending recommendations
- Strong written and spoken English for daily work with US teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Preferred
- Investment banking, private equity, or consulting experience
- Experience with planning tools such as Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment, or Mosaic, and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Experience using AI tools in finance workflows, with the judgment to review and correct AI-generated output
- CA, CPA, CFA, CIMA, or an MBA in Finance

Work Arrangement
This is a fully remote role with a single client company for the duration of the engagement. Full-time roles require a minimum of 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time (ET); part-time roles require a minimum of 2 hours.
